Dining Hall & Kitchen

There is a large open Dining Hall (240 cubic metres) that can double as an activity room. Moveable room dividers available. Toilets are located beside the dining hall. There is a laundry and separate self contained accommodation for kitchen staff if required.

We are more than happy to cater for you. There is a fully equipped commercial kitchen with two commercial stoves and ovens, commercial dishwasher, walk in cool room, freezer, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc. Hire of this kitchen can be arranged for our self catering groups.

MEALS PRICING

Deluxe Menu (group size 10 or more)	Organic where available and/or gluten free and/or non-vegetarian etc	$62.50 per person/day
Standard Menu (group size 10 or more)	Vegetarian meals with a few special diets catered for	$52.50 per person/day
*Self Catering	Kitchen Hire Charge	$5 per person per day to a maximum of $125 per day per group

* Self Catering - includes use of commercial cooker, commercial dishwasher, electrical appliances, saucepans, crockery, utensils, fridge, freezer etc. (walk in cool room is available depending on numbers). If self catering, there needs to be supervised meal preparation with a designated person responsible for the preparation and clean up of each meal.
* We prefer to provide catering in most circumstances.

Note: GST is not charged for accommodation. GST is charged for meals/catering and is included in prices listed.
