Venue Hire
Venue hire includes exclusive use of the 200 acre venue for your guests. This includes all meeting spaces, use of the commercial kitchen and accommodation. Venue hire does not include linen but does include a pillow and blanket/doona. You may hire linen (sheets, towels and pillowslips) from us or bring your own.

Individual Accommodation
Individual accommodation does not include linen hire or kitchen hire. For weekend bookings (Friday afternoon – Sunday afternoon) there is a minimum charge of $1000 per booking. It is okay to choose a variety of accommodation types within your group.
Basic accommodation – 7 rooms each with own bathroom, bunk style, can sleep up to 10 people per room
Deluxe accommodation – 15 rooms and 8 bathrooms, ensemble beds, can sleep maximum 2 per room
Unit accommodation (near kitchen and usually used for caterers or leaders if privacy from main group is required) – 1 unit with own bathroom, can comfortably sleep 2-4 people.

Additional Information
- Deposit to Secure Booking $500
- A further $500 deposit required 6 weeks before commencement of group booking
- If Sine Cera is catering there is also an additional deposit of 50% of the catering costs 2 weeks prior to your retreat
- Balance to be paid at commencement of group stay
- Please note - deposits are non-refundable
